Do I need to change my phone number? add

No. You get a brand-new UK number for AgentPRO. You can either advertise it on your website / Google profile, or set up call forwarding from your existing line so AgentPRO picks up when you can't.

What languages does it speak? add

English (British accent) by default. Pro plan includes a second language — Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Polish, and 20+ others. The agent auto-detects which language the caller is speaking and switches.

How long does setup take? add

48 hours from our 15-min call. I build the agent, train it on your business, hook up your number, and run test calls. You're live by day 3.

Can I cancel anytime? add

Yes — monthly rolling, cancel any time. The £299 setup is non-refundable, but the monthly fee stops the moment you say so. No contracts.

Do you serve businesses outside Cambridge? add

Yes — anywhere in the UK. Cambridge is home base, so I prioritise local businesses for in-person meetings, but the AI works exactly the same wherever you are.

What happens if the AI can't handle a call? add
